The fusion of Grenache with a dry sherry will have you feeling like you’ve transported to Spain for the summer.

What You’ll Need:

Glass: White Wine Glass

Garnish: Lemon Peel

Ingredients:

3 oz EOS Grenache, Santa Ynez Valley 

1.5 oz Lustau, Amontillado Dry Sherry 

1 oz Lemon Peel or Lemon Shaving

2 oz Tonic Water

Steps:Pour wine & sherry into glass. Cut a thin slice of lemon peel or shave some zest to release lemon oils & add inside the glass. Add fresh ice & top with tonic water. Salud!
