What You’ll Need:
Glass: Balloon Wine Glass
Garnish: rosemary & figs
Ingredients:
3 oz Kuleto, Moscato
2 oz Fig infused gin (one of our favorite options is Hendrick’s)
1 oz Fever Tree mediterranean tonic water
2-3 slices of Mission Figs
1 Sprig of rosemary
Steps:
For Fig Infused Gin: Cut 1 mission fig in slices for every 4 ounces of gin you would like to infuse. Infuse in a covered glass container or inside original gin bottle. Let it sit/infuse overnight.
For Cocktail Creation: Rub stem of the rosemary sprig along the rim of the glass and drop the sprig inside. Pour wine, gin and fresh ice. Finish with Mediterranean tonic water and add a couple of slices of fig for garnish.
