BottleRock Napa Valley: A three-day wine and food filled paradise of a music festival located in the most famous wine region in the world, Napa Valley. If you’re a wine lover – you need to plan to attend this food and music festival!

I was lucky enough to attend a day of BottleRock on behalf of Coravin as a Coravin Correspondent to gather all the best pairings, artist sets and memorable moments. This was an easy task at hand with everything BottleRock has to offer!
I chose to take my mom with me to enjoy the experience, and we had a complete blast! Upon first walking into Bottle Rock, we went straight for the Wine Garden. Priorities, right?

My first choice was a Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc because it was sunny and I wanted something light and refreshing to start the day! It didn’t take long for me to find the food area – mind you all of the food tents are comprised of popular Napa Valley restaurants, serving up everything from sushi, to tacos, to paella, fried chicken and everything else in between. A tough choice had to be made, but I decided to pair my Sauv Blanc with some seafood paella. Talk about delicious.
However, I think my favorite pairing and Coravin Moment had to be a Greek Chicken Kebab paired with Chappellet Pinot Noir. The Kebab was placed on a big piece of fresh, soft, pita bread that had a Mediterranean salad on top and a drizzled tzatziki sauce. Can you say, foodie heaven!? It also had approval from my hard to please mother 😉

We can’t forget about the music! Truly the very best part about BottleRock is experiencing so many great artists in one place, with so many other people who are also passionate about food, wine and music. It’s a place where people of all ages and backgrounds come together to just have a good time! Elle King rocked it (what a voice!) and Pharrell Williams was such an entertainer and really got the crowd going.
If you’re looking for an excuse to get to wine country next year, plan it around BottleRock, where you can experience food, wine and music all in one!
Cheers, Raquel
