7. Chardonnay

Ingredients:

2 oz. Chardonnay

1 oz. dark rum

½ oz. vanilla bean syrup

½ oz. pineapple juice

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and serve!

6. Cabernet Franc Ice Wine

Ingredients:

1 oz. Cabernet Franc Ice Wine

2 oz. vodka

Combine the vodka and the wine in a glass and stir.

5. Riesling

Ingredients:

4 oz. dry Riesling

6 mint leaves

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

1 teaspoon sugar

For this revisited mojito, muddle the sugar and ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the Riesling, ice and mint and shake well.

4. Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients:

3 oz. Sauvignon Blanc

3 oz. sparkling wine (Cava for example)

½ oz. lime juice

1 oz. cucumber water

2 teaspoons brown sugar

Chopped mint

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, serve and add the sparkling wine to the glass.

3. Shiraz

Ingredients:

1 oz. Shiraz

1 oz. dark rum

½ lime juice

¼ simple syrup

Add ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake it up and strain into a glass.

2. Pinot Noir

Ingredients:

1 oz. Pinot Noir

½ agave nectar

½ oz. lime juice

2 oz. grapefruit juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and serve.

1. Cabernet Sauvignon

Ingredients:

2 oz. Cabernet Sauvignon

1 oz. white rum

¼ oz. ginger syrup

½ oz. orgeat syrup

Add the ingredients into a shaker with a few pieces of cracked ice. Shake and pour in a glass filled with pebbled ice.
